- نقع الأرز: بعد غسل الأرز، قم بتصفية الماء منه وأعد وضع الأرز في نفس الوعاء. أضف الماء البارد إلى الوعاء واترك الأرز ينقع لمدة 30 دقيقة على الأقل. يمكن أن يساعد هذا النقع في تحسين قوام الأرز وجعله أكثر نضارة وطراوة عند الطهي.
- طهي الأرز: بعد انقضاء فترة النقع، قم بتصفية الماء من الأرز واحتفظ به جانبًا. سخِّن وعاءً عميقًا على نار متوسطة وأضف الأرز المصفى إلى الوعاء. قم بتقليب الأرز بلطف لمدة دقيقة واحدة لتجنب انكماش الحبوب.
- تحضير الماء للغليان: في وعاء آخر، قم بغلي الماء. يمكنك استخدام وعاء كبير ووضع كمية كافية من الماء ليُغطي الأرز بالكامل. أضف ملعقة صغيرة من الملح إلى الماء لتعزيز نكهة الأرز.
- تصفية الأرز وإعداده للطهي: بعد انتهاء فترة النقع، قم بتصفية الأرز وتخليصه من الماء. استخدم مصفاة ناعمة لتصفية الأرز بعناية، مع تجنب إجراء أي تحريك شديد يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تلف الحبوب. اترك الأرز في المصفاة لبضع دقائق للسماح بتصريف المزيد من الماء.
- طهي الأرز: قم بوضع الأرز المصفى في الوعاء الذي تم تسخين الماء فيه. قم بتوزيع الأرز بالتساوي في الوعاء وتأكد من أنه مُغمور تمامًا بالماء. ضع غطاء على الوعاء واترك الأرز يطهى على نار هادئة لمدة 15-20 دقيقة.
